Children locking onto learning

One of the most exciting moments you experience as a kaiako working with children is when a child locks onto learning.  Once children see themselves as learners, capable and competent to learn new skills and develop new knowledge there is no stopping their endeavour.
This is evident everyday as we watch children  persevering with difficulty and challenging themselves further alongside their peers.
